The report of this data should consist of a summary and analysis of the significant fin” rel=”nofollow”>indin” rel=”nofollow”>ings. To analyze these fin” rel=”nofollow”>indin” rel=”nofollow”>ings will require you to critically examin” rel=”nofollow”>ine data you have found on websites from

Once this is done, you will make conclusions about this community’s health needs and strengths based on the trends that you have identified and reported upon. These conclusions, in” rel=”nofollow”>in addition to the
conclusions you made in” rel=”nofollow”>in Section 2, will help you determin” rel=”nofollow”>ine the community nursin” rel=”nofollow”>ing diagnoses you make in” rel=”nofollow”>in Section 4.

Conclusions About the Community’s Health section below.

Density – this data in” rel=”nofollow”>includes the land size to population ratio. This data help identify overcrowdin” rel=”nofollow”>ing if present in” rel=”nofollow”>in the community. Now you need to critically examin” rel=”nofollow”>ine “the trend” of this population

Trends, Migration and Conclusions About the Community’s Health
Trends occurrin” rel=”nofollow”>ing in” rel=”nofollow”>in a community over time may alter a person’s environment and may lead to deviations from the state of health. Once you have identified these trends in” rel=”nofollow”>in each of the four areas
(demographics, vital statistics, health statistics and density), you are to make conclusions about this community’s state of health given the trends occurrin” rel=”nofollow”>ing in” rel=”nofollow”>in this community. Your conclusions
about the health of this community given the trends in” rel=”nofollow”>in the data that you have analyzed should be used to help you in” rel=”nofollow”>in the development of the plan of care in” rel=”nofollow”>in the next section.
