During the week, there are three Flights, and three Pilots. Flight Number 6242 departs Toronto at 8:00 AM, and Arrives in Vancouver at 9:00 AM. Flight 6289 Leaves Winnipeg at 7:55AM, and Arrives in Regina at 8:40AM, and Flight 6254 Leaves Calgary at 8:00AM, and Arrives in Kelowna at 9:15AM.
John Johnson (Born May 1st, 1975) is a pilot with 10 Years of Experience, who has been assigned the Flight from Toronto to Vancouver on September 5, 2016. Janice Chow (Born July 18th, 1977) is a pilot with 8 years of experience who will pilot the plane from Winnipeg to Regina on September 6, 2016, and Fiorella Chielini (Born November 3rd, 1980) has 3 2 years of experience, and was the captain of flight 6254 on September 7, 2016.

A Management Information System can be viewed as a jigsaw puzzle of integrated parts. Explain in words and diagrams what the parts are and how they fit together.

b) (3) Describe the relationship between SCM and CRM and how do they help create Competitive Advantage. c) (4) Give two advantages and two disadvantages of businesses aligning their processes to their selected ERP system.

ERP implementations are fraught with risk, discuss and show through examples some of the benefits brought to organizations that have implemented ERP systems. Use external resources to answer this question and include references.

An oil pipeline is being planned for construction along a route between two major Canadian cities. An assessment is needed by the province to determine if the pipeline is at risk of negatively impacting the ecosystem through which it going to be constructed. This assessment will determine if the Province will allow the project to go ahead.
Describe how a Geographical Information System might help with the decision making process.
