1/To determine the effects non-monetary rewards on employee’s performance.
2/ To determine the impact of non-monetary rewards on employee’s attitude towards work.
3/ To assess the effects of non-monetary rewards on employee job satisfaction. In this objective it will be a good idea to include one of sub-headings about the attitude and behavior of employees that related to the satisfaction of them.
4/To determine the impact of non-monetary rewards on employee motivation.

objectives nstruction: The important instructions: 1- First of all, each objective has to be fully explained and divided to appropriate sub headings to make the literature review more organized. 2- Each objective has to be linked to other objectives in great, logical and organized way to make it easier for the reader and know where he/she is going. 3-It will be good to mention examples to support what you have written. 4- I need in this part quantitative data and percentages in appropriate way to compare these percentages with my primary data that I will get from the questionnaires later.

The objective of the study will be investigated by answering the following questions:
I. What impact does non-monetary incentives have on the employee’s performance?
II. Are the non-monetary incentives capable of influencing the attitude and performance of employees?
III. To what degree does non-monetary incentives promote employee job satisfaction?

7/ Please use appropriate (charts and figures) to support and clarify the answer.
8/My supervisor advice me to use from 20 to 30 charts , figures. Each of them should not be used more than one.
9/ Please avoid sweeping generalisations that are not justified or supported and avoid inappropriate citation.
10/Please ensure to cite any information need to be referenced using Harvard system because my lecturer very strict in this point.
For example when you write a sentence in a paragraph you have to cite this information (from where you get this information) and put the reference in the reference list.
11/ One more thing before I submit the chapter to the supervisor I have to read all the references. So, please be accurate about the references and number of pages.
12/Please make any necessary and appropriate sub-titles in each objective .
13/Make sure that everything has to be linked to other in logical way.
14/Please please be accurate about the reference and the information in the text .
15/The paragraphs and information have to be organized and logical, avoid any repetitions , each paragraphs to have a key point.
16/ My study and research will be in one of the universities in Saudi Arabia, Could you mention please an example or a study and research conducted in ( university) what type of non monetary rewards that employess ( teachers and the head of departments) like! And mention numbers of them as percentage form academic journal please.
