• HR Team Evaluation Scenario
• The CEO asks the HR team for your organization to evaluate the training, retention, and forecasting processes currently in place. The CEO requests that you assess each process individually and send her a memo on your findings. Your team must write three separate memos of no more than 700 words each regarding the status of the training, retention, and forecasting programs. In each memo, provide a recommendation for how to improve the program.
• Finally, write a summary of no more than 700 words explaining your recommendations for the training, retention, and forecasting and how they, together, will affect the company as a whole. Use the data below to develop your evaluation.
