1. This is a high-intensity organization and the members of our executive team all take a direct and sometimes confrontational approach to communication – so we would like you to explain how you would manage not to be unduly offended by others, not to be weighed down by stress, and to remain resilient in the face of obstacles and setbacks.
2. As you know, we are a multinational enterprise and last year we expanded our operations into India and Thailand. We have been experiencing a lack of input when we make conference calls to our Thai employees and a lack of response to emails that we send to our Indian employees. What would you do to improve those two situations, and why?
