1. Identify clearly the issue that your critical essay will be examining.
2. Develop a hypothesis and structure for your critical essay, including the arguments you want to make and the examples/evidence/reasoning you will use to support those arguments.
3. Write your essay. You should follow the Written Assessment in the Law School guidelines for writing and referencing.
The following is what we do in group presentation, it is require the same topic. Do not follow exactly on this but can use that as a reference how to do this essay.
All the material you use in this essay should be basic on Australian Law and justice, cases and material only.
