Career Development Theory
Career theorists today generally acknowledge the existence of ‘chance’ or ‘serendipity’ in career development and incorporate it as a factor in their theoretical framework. How could including chance and uncertainty change current practices? What effect could this have for the students/staff/clients/organisations?
