Identify and explain how the company, Atlassian, encourages personnel or people development. For example, this college has within each college a tenured faculty member who meets 2-4 times a semester with all of the non-tenured faculty as a group to make sure they are on-track for tenure (up to a six-year commitment), and each of those faculty have another faculty member within their own department who mentors them for the first two years. Some also have outside of their college mentors who just help them make cross-campus connections. The group leader then has a nice bit of leadership under his/her belt that can be helpful when applying to be a program chair, department head, or assistant/associate dean.
