A network diagram using Visio

A company has a headquarter in Toronto with two branch offices in Montreal and Vancouver. It is required to build the company network with the following specifications:
• Both branches will be connected to the headquarter using routers with serials point-to-point links.
• The Headquarter will be connected to the Internet and this connection will provide Internet connectivity to all headquarter and two branches’ employees. (This connection will be simulated by loopback interface on the Headquarter router.)
• The Headquarter router will use 2 serial interfaces, one to connect to each branch.
• A default route has to be configured on the Headquarter router to forward the traffic to the Internet.
• OSPF routing protocol is used for routing with passive interface and redistribute default route configurations
• The LANs in both branch offices will include only one switch to support 20 users in each
• The Headquarter LAN will include 2 switches, A and B, interconnected to support 40 users. Switch A has to be connected to the Headquarter router.
• Users in Montreal branch should not be allowed to access the Vancouver LAN.
• Users in Vancouver branch should not be allowed to telnet to the Headquarter router.

Use the following technologies:

  1. Use the block 192.168.1.128/25 to subnet and allocate IP addresses to LANs and WANs connections.
  2. For the Internet connection (loopback interface) of the Headquarter router, use the public IP address 209.20.45. 129/30

Deliverables:
You have to provide the following

  1. A network diagram using Visio or any other professional network diagram application
  2. Subnet design
  3. A table with the IP addresses, mask and default gateway (if any) that will be assigned to each router and switch.
  4. An example of the IP address, mask and default gateway that have to be assigned to a host in the Headquarter and each branch.
  5. The configuration of network devices including the IP addresses, OSPF and ACLs for:
    a. Headquarter: router and switch A
    b. Each Branch: router
