Must feed 4 -5 people
Must be healthy and you must be able to defend why you think it is health
Must cost no more then $25 for everything you eat and drink for the family

Explanation on why it is healthy specially. (You need at least one academic source – page 2) You can not say it is healthy because it is low fat or keto. You need to explain why it is healthy. This will be at least 1 page, double spaced, 12pt font, and 1 in margins. Things to consider: What vitamins and minerals are available in the meal? Does it have too many vitamins and minerals? Is it lacking a group of vitamins or minerals? What is the fat/protein/carbohydrate ratio?
