Several state legislatures have recently passed laws severely limiting, if not outright criminalizing, abortion.
These laws may have been passed with the express purpose of bringing this issue before the Supreme Court
again. When plaintiffs sue these states alleging their laws violate Roe v. Wade, what would be the states’
