The idea is to do some research and explain what Critical Race Theory is, how it began and is the theory still prevalent today? Explain how critical race theory affects the following (Criminal Justice System, Education System, Labor/Housing market and our Health Care in the United States.

Critical Race Theory by definition states that the United States social institutions such as the criminal justice system, education system, labor and housing market and healthcare are laced with racism suggesting that there are different “Rules/Laws” dependent on race.
