My plan is to research the circumstances of corruption (proven back-door deal-makin" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">ing between state legislators and their chosen senator) and empty seats. Because there were no firm guidelin" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">ines for how state legislatures were to be chosen (and even when legislation was attempted to remedy this...too many loopholes remain" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">ined) many seats remain" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">ined vacant creatin" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">ing for an in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">inefficient legislative process.
