67 y/o female presents to the office with vaginal burning and pain with urination. Patient reports frequent urination, strong urge to urinate. Denies discharge. Patient reported that symptoms started a 5 days ago. She denies nausea/vomiting, fever. Patient reports that she has been drinking cranberry juice with no relief.
