This should be a student you identified through assessment that requires additional instruction on the targeted skill. Maintain confidentiality by creating a pseudonym for the student. With your mentor's input, create a goal for this student to work toward improving or mastering the targeted skill. Discuss with your mentor how progress toward that goal will be monitored and reported.
Use any remaining field experience hours to assist the mentor teacher in providing instruction and support to the class.
