Edgar Hoover Order Description You are to write a biographical sketch of a bureaucratic professional that has positively in" rel="nofollow">influenced the admin" rel="nofollow">inistration of government. Please make a note to explore how your bureaucrat fares on essentially bureaucratic values such as merit and competence, neutrality, organizational cohesion and leadership. The paper should be between 6 to 8 pages in" rel="nofollow">in length. This does not in" rel="nofollow">include the cover page, abstract, and bibliography. The paper should be double-spaced with one-in" rel="nofollow">inch margin" rel="nofollow">ins on all four sides of the paper.
