  Please analyze set of questions number 10 “Work ability” and assemble the structural model and perform modeling with the PLS-SEM method. For working database use iHRM base. Add extracts obtained with a computer program to the attachment. Comment on all the results. revision: the objective of this paper is to explain briefly what PLS-SEM is (Partial Least Squares Based Structural Equation Modeling) and apply this to one of the sets of questions in file attached.
