This is a summary of the main argument that you are conducting in 3C. It should include the research question, the methodology that you have adopted to flesh out your paper, the findings, and the conclusion, as well as the implications for future research.
Introduction: this is where you should give a very general overview of your topic. The purpose of this section is to gain your audience's interest in and willingness to listen to your topic/argument. At the end of your introduction, you should state your thesis statement (qualified claim, evidence, warrant and it's backing).
Literature Review: this is where you have to summarize all your sources; that is, tell your audience what the main gist of each source is and how these sources speak to one another. Issues to consider are: which study is considered a pioneer in the field, who has/have cited whom, how Source A is similar to and/or different from Source B and C, …etc.
Lines of Argument: this is the main body of your argument in which you have to hone in on very specific sources in order to defend your claim and evidence in the thesis statement. This is also the section where you will have to paraphrase those sources that you will depend on heavily in your paper and where you will have to quote strategically.
Counterargument: this is the section where you will have to acknowledge opposing perspectives and points of views to your main claim and evidence. You will have to state these counterpoints fairly and understandably, and you will have to refute them, too.
Conclusion: wrap up the main ideas that you have touched upon in your paper, and state the implications of your thesis statement. You might want to remind your audience of your ethos as a researcher.
