Active isolation of tuned mass dampers for seismic buildings.

Do my introduction of a dissertation proposal (5 to 7 pages & double spaced). The introduction should include 1- Problem Statement & 2 Research Objectives. The title of the proposal is Active isolation of tuned mass dampers for seismic buildings. In short, the problem statement: high buildings in seismic regions are exposed to high amplitude and low frequency vibrations that lead to destroying these buildings. The suggested solution is to install specifically designed hybrid multi degrees of freedom tuned mass dampers that include passive with active elements capable of reducing the catastrophic influence of earthquakes on buildings.
