Think of a past or present leader in the public eye who you admire and respect.
Why do you admire this individual?
How did this individual become a leader—for example, by appointment, democratic selection, or emergence?
How would you characterize this leader’s style—is the leader autocratic or laissez-faire, a technician, or a coach (ch 19)?
What are the leader’s accomplishments?
The essay must include:
-an introduction paragraph,
followed by three or more paragraphs with your comments and supporting details (make sure you cite your resources!!) and
a conclusion paragraph.
Essay must be a minimum of 750 words (approximately 3 pages typed, double spaced, with 1 inch margins).
