Description: Describe how you propose to meet the need. It is important to note that the Description section should include information as to what the first-year costs are and how they apply to your proposal (i.e. are you hiring staff? purchasing supplies or equipment or a vehicle?). In other words, how will you use the requested funds to meet the need that has generated the budget request? This can be a short paragraph or a couple of sentences describing what the first-year costs are. Also include some information as to the future year costs and why they may increase (or decrease) over time.
