Airbnb to East Africa

I have a project about "Airbnb to East Africa." All you have to do is to write four pages for the these three points. (1).Brief introduction about the firm (e.g., distinctiveness of the product and technology) and the country you select.(2).Motives for globalization and strategic challenges facing the venture. (3) • Analysis of both formal and informal institutional environments (e.g., economic, political, legal, technological, and cultural environments) that affect subsequent international business strategies in the country market. Also, i have to present for the three points, so I need three sildes powerpoint one for each point. Also I added file for the whole project and I highlight my three point that a wrote above.
