You are writing these not as students but as employees. Write for someone "in the know" — pretend that you are writing up the case for your bosses, bosses, boss. Someone that knows what is going on at the company but may still need to be generally reminded of the background and of the objectives. You do not need to write a "book report" summarizing the whole case —she/he (I) will already have that knowledge. Again, you're an employee not a magazine reporter who has to fill in the entire history of the story. More forward looking — I need more "forward looking" insight rather than rear view mirror book reports — tell me what was wrong or great and how the company can make it even better. Own your thoughts and statements... prove to me that you're right with supporting arguments/elements. Organize your thinking — I would suggest about: 10-20% of the write up to be background 20-30% of the write up to be about objectives 50+% should be concentrated on future actions that the company should take (or if asked what they should have done differently, then answer that with good detail)
