If not, then not points will be awarded. These are five points each. C1. What are the checks and balances in the US Constitution? Be explicit by listing them all . C2. What are the voting amendments, and how have they expanded the franchise? C3. Which amendment to the US Constitution would you remove if you could? Why? For obvious reasons, do not include the two prohibition amendments.
