American History

Dear Writer,
Would you please help me with my American History assignment? Thank you so much.
I attached the Word files "Life in the New West" in my textbook and "Dodge City Times story". Please read them and then answer 3 questions below, you don't have to write a full essay, only answer each question and cite if any.
1- The official vocation of a "cowboy" was a short lived occupation because of the invention of "refrigerator " train box cars, yet the national mythology of the cowboy still does exist today. What kind of stereotypes can be pulled from the period newspaper above?

2- Do you detect any "bias" from this account?

3- Using your textbook and the above account, why do you think that the image of the cowboy is still associated with America's Great West? What is it about this brand that continues to define, both positive and negative, this part of history and culture today? For example, if someone says that he is such a "cowboy", what does such a statement even mean?
