Recall the common structure of a case analysis includes a problem statement, an analysis of the case, two (usually) alternatives that address the problem, and a recommendation. The recommendation is usually simply choosing one of the two alternatives and explaining why that alternative is best for the organization. Sometimes the recommendation can borrow some minor elements of the second-place alternative, but, again, usually, alternatives are mutually exclusive, meaning only one of the two can be adopted.
