“How does probation, or related intensive supervision programs, impact an offender’s recidivism?”
The purpose of this paper is to understand the benefits and downsides of intensive supervision programs and
how it is connected to recidivism; learning about how different methods of supervision programs affect the
chances of recidivism in an offender.
