Analytic Memo

Write an analytic memo.
Read the attached Technology Manager Interview and see the comments etc. and

1. Present what you believe the data are telling you at this point in your
   analysis.
2. What do you think you are "finding"?
3. Why do you think you are finding it? What evidence supports your
   conclusions?
4. Explain how who you are (e.g., gender, ethnicity, religious orientation, role
   in the organization) shapes the way you come to and interpret the data
   (positionality). Explain what are you doing to ensure that you are aware of
   your positionality (and by extension, biases) in order to prevent them from
   skewing your interpretation of the data in problematic ways (responses to
   credibility and trustworthiness threats).
