You may discover other sources on your own from the library or Internet. • Among the articles read, identify the strongest points against the Israel Lobby argument. • Make these points the basis of your critique of the Israel Lobby argument. What are the limits, problems, or gaps in the Israel Lobby argument? Write the 3–5-page research-based paper in current Turabian format. Grading Criteria: Understanding: An understanding of the major arguments and the intent of the article is clearly demonstrated Strengths and weaknesses: The strengths and weaknesses of the article are properly and clearly assessed. Article effectiveness: The critique clearly concludes with a summary statement on the overall effectiveness of the article. Personal reflection: Personal reflection on the topic, which includes addressing the student’s main objections or affirmations of the position of the article, is included. Personal position: A personal position is clearly articulated and appropriate biblical and theological support is integrated in the analysis. Format: The essay is written in current Turabian format and is free of grammar and spelling errors. The essay is 3–5 pages and includes 5–7 citations in addition to the course textbook and the ***Bible***. Composition: The summary of the article is clearly and correctly composed.
