For this assignment students will assume the role of a CEO of Annie's reportin" rel="nofollow">ing to a Board of Directors. The Board has asked you to update them on the company performance and to address some
strategic issues.
You will create a PPT document in" rel="nofollow">in which you present the facts and your recommendations, usin" rel="nofollow">ing the in" rel="nofollow">information in" rel="nofollow">in the case. You will not give a formal speech with this presentation, but will use the
written document to communicate key facts and to document the key poin" rel="nofollow">ints you will speak about. The PPT should in" rel="nofollow">include facts and data that you would like to show the Board members, along with the key
poin" rel="nofollow">ints of your in" rel="nofollow">interpretations and recommendations. One way to produce a document like this is to write the key poin" rel="nofollow">ints in" rel="nofollow">in an outlin" rel="nofollow">ine first, and then adapt for the PPT format. The PPT should contain" rel="nofollow">in
enough content that attendees can remember the key poin" rel="nofollow">ints after the meetin" rel="nofollow">ing. This is different than the kin" rel="nofollow">ind of PPT used for a formal presentation, in" rel="nofollow">in which there are very few words on the page.
Instructions: Take the poin" rel="nofollow">int of view of the CEO and write a brief (6 page max) Powerpoin" rel="nofollow">int presentation to share with the Board of Directors. The Board has asked you to report on the followin" rel="nofollow">ing

- What are your specific recommendations for growin" rel="nofollow">ing the company?
- What are the challenges do you face in" rel="nofollow">in achievin" rel="nofollow">ing these growth objectives? What must be done to in" rel="nofollow">insure success?
Keep in" rel="nofollow">in min" rel="nofollow">ind that you are a senior executive, writin" rel="nofollow">ing to a Board that has some familiarity with the busin" rel="nofollow">iness. You should emphasize the key strategic ideas, and support these with relevant facts and
data from the case. Your slides should be "rich" with graphics and formattin" rel="nofollow">ing to aid the communications of your key poin" rel="nofollow">ints. Avoid dense text only slides. The objective of this presentation is to
convin" rel="nofollow">ince the Board that your plan is well developed and likely to be successful.
\ also do both the 6 pages ppt slides with "rich" graphs and outlin" rel="nofollow">ine for me. And reference the same book I post with you before: Busin" rel="nofollow">iness Leadership, Joan Gallos Editor (Jossey Bass Reader, Wiley,
