Select a skill or behavior you wish to teach or change for a participant with whom you work. (You can make up the example)
Conduct a review of the relevant literature (research studies published in peer reviewed journals. Read all original works, as well as any meta-analyses or literature reviews on the independent and dependent variable.
Select an intervention strategy that you wish to use to attempt to teach or change this behavior. You may also select to compare two evidence-based treatments, components of package interventions, or levels of intervention (e.g., comparison, component, or parametric analyses).
Review the relevant literature (peer reviewed studies; you may include meta-analyses and literature reviews) regarding use of the intervention(s) you choose.
