-Define 3 relevant target groups of this product (Rottaler Gothic Tour)
-Analyze the route as discussed in class for each target group.
-Develop a new, experience-oriented product for each of the three identified target groups.
-Work your results in a PowerPoint presentation.
The product is defined by touchpoints, then while analyzing the 7 generic steps while creating the product, the first three steps of the generic steps entail analyzing the problem while the remaining steps emphasize creating the new product/experience highlighting the Pre-experience, Experience and Post experience stages (See Pg 121 in the C4). The Service quality model should also play a role in this product creation (Interaction phase and the Physical moment). PS: Experience design has a strong focus on the non-infrastructural part of the experience. THe work should be colorful since the task is all about a route.
