Every social movement has its own culture, language, and artifacts. These artifacts include posters, flyers, signs, newsletters, bumper stickers, songs, Tshirts, websites, etc.
For this assignment, you must gather at least three items (i.e., you can't have five bumper stickers or four signs!). Please include a short descriiption of the
items, their origins, and their meanings. (100-150 words for each artifact.
Additionally, share one of the artifacts in the Discussion board with your classmates. Include an image and description. If it is a song, you can provide a
description and a link to the song. Please make sure to choose items that are relevant to the social movement you have been studying in this class. This
assignment is designed to help you understand the role of cultural artifacts in social movements and how they contribute to shaping public opinion and
mobilizing people toward social change.
