Given the enormity of what is trending across the world with the Coronavirus Pandemic I wanted to create
an assignment that would allow you to process the crisis sociologically, and also link that back to our
class through the lenses of the three predominant sociological theories: Structural Functionalist Theory,
Conflict Theory, and Symbolic Interactionist Theory. So - you will read a recent article provided by me that
contains 32 brief predictions of future societal changes, and then identify three within the whole that you
believe to have been predominantly written from each of the three perspectives (1 for Funct; 1 for Conf; 1
for Interact).
