As a result, it�s hard to fin" rel="nofollow">inish on time because thin" rel="nofollow">ings have to be repeated; volunteers are missin" rel="nofollow">ing important in" rel="nofollow">information resultin" rel="nofollow">ing in" rel="nofollow">in in" rel="nofollow">inefficient or in" rel="nofollow">inaccurate client service, which in" rel="nofollow">in turn makes Wellness Village look bad. Ms. Emmanual thin" rel="nofollow">inks she needs to set a new �no technology� policy for meetin" rel="nofollow">ings, and she�s asked you to write a memo to accomplish this goal.
What do you need to consider before proceedin" rel="nofollow">ing? How will you use your knowledge of your audience to carefully craft this communication? How do you keep from offendin" rel="nofollow">ing your readers (even though their behavior has been offensive!)

If upset or offend them, they may go away. Therefore, the task at hand is to announce the policy AND persuade the readers to agree and go along with it. You want them to �buy in" rel="nofollow">in.�
The fin" rel="nofollow">inal memo will go out with your supervisor�s name on it, so the tone and style should befit the director of an organization, and reflect his or her persona.The memo should be sin" rel="nofollow">ingle-spaced, error-free, and carefully proofed before submission.
