I want to make research proposal about the station i am working in which is Ikageng Police Station serving Ikageng location, Promosa and Mohadin.
Research Problem
-Limited Resource (only 4 vehicle work the entire areas)
-Poor relationship between police and community because of not implementing Sector policing fully(Members are rotated each shift and sector policing says members should be familiar to the community to build relationship)
- Female police who cant drive police vehicles and senior do nothing about that.
-Female police most of them dont make arrest only male police expected to arrest.
-All this affect the ratio of police vs population.
