Include the following: PART ONE: Industry Trends •Provide a brief synopsis of the organization •Discuss current trends shaping total rewards for employees in a business industry synonymous with your organization. •Evaluate current compensation plans for that industry. •Summarize your data in narrative and table format showing diverse levels of responsibility and compensation.

2.The relationship between society and iconic events.

There is a two-way relationship between society and iconic events. For example, an event may become iconic because it so closely reflects social values or issues of the time. On the other hand an iconic event may raise new social issues and serve to strongly influence social values at the time. ( argument essay, but the main idea should focus on social values and iconic event is impact each other) Using examples from one or more iconic events, complete an essay which explains that relationship.
