      Description         The costs associated with some intensive neonatal care, as discussed by Devettere in "The Case of Danielle" (pages 393-398) can be staggering. Do you think monetary cost should ever be a significant consideration in deliberations about what the right thing to do is in treat or not-treat cases such as those discussed in chapter 12?
