Based on the chapters from Jane Yolen’s Touch Magic and “Once Upon a Time” by Joan Acoella, and your own thoughts and experiences, write a blog post (first-person, opinion is fine) expressing your thoughts about fairy tales. Like an academic paper, your blog post SHOULD have a clear thesis and a definite focus/point. However, the writing style can be more casual and personal. Your blog post must include ideas about fairy tale music, not just the stories. Note, do not write exclusively about the Ravel in this blog. You need to incorporate other fairy tale music (aim for 2 pieces). You may use pop music, art music, music from class, Disney, etc.
The blog can include hyperlinks to YouTube videos, images etc. but the writing itself must be 2-3 pages, without the links.
