1A. Design a computerized 6-panel, tri-fold in color one-page double-sided brochure that describes “your” future practice. You can use MS Publisher or other software. Each panel must contain a graphic. The medical terminology objective in this activity is to communicate using graphics and text for a lay audience.
1.Panel 1: A graphic of your practice location. You may create a logo and place it here. Use the rest of this panel for your own creativity.

2.Panel 2: Place a recent photo of yourself in a professional pose on the top of the page. Below your photo place your background information. (College Education, Professional Education, Specialty interests, Advanced Training, Professional Experience, Certification, Licensure, and Professional Societies)

3.Panel 3: What a (podiatrist, dentist, nurse, pharmacist, etc.) generally does.

4.Panel 4: Educational panel. Discuss in detail one common condition that your profession cares for.

5.Panel 5: Glossary of ten common medical terms with definitions related to your profession.

6.Panel 6: Place your Mission Statement (patient care philosophy) on the top of the page. Below that you can put a map of your office location and contact info – e.g., address, phone number, hours etc.
