They quickly went down to a TixMaster (a ticketing agent) ticketing counter to queue for the tickets to the concert which was to be held at the National Indoor Stadium (NIS). While they were at the TixMaster counter, they noticed some yellow posters to the side of the counter. From the corner of his eye, Andrew noticed the words “Terms and Conditions” but did not think to check out what the posters said. They proceeded to book their tickets and were elated to secure some of the best seats in the house. When the day of the concert arrived, Andrew and Bob went with great anticipation. It was a sell-out attendance. However there was insufficient security personnel at the venue that night. At one point, during the concert, a group of fans surged forward to try to get closer to the band. Those fans ended up pushing some of the concert goers who were in the front rows. Andrew and Bob were amongst those who were pushed. They fell and both sustained sprains to their wrists and abrasions and cuts to their elbows and faces. Andrew and Bob were both disappointed by that turn of events. After the concert, they noticed that on the back of each of their concert ticket were the words, “Ticket Holders attending the Event do so completely at their own risk. Neither NIS nor the Promoter shall be responsible, or accepts any liability for any direct or indirect loss, accident, damage, personal injury, death or health problem (whether arising 2 directly or indirectly from any existing medical condition or otherwise, and/or whether due to the negligence or otherwise of NIS or the Promoter or any of their affiliates), associated with attending the Event.” Discuss the LEGAL PRINCIPLES in relation to the above case study,
