Create your own Business Plan. The Business plan should include 1. Marketing Section. (in reporting the results of your marketing research) 2. Accounting Section. (in presenting your accounting data) 3. Finance section. (in discussing your financial projections) 4. Executive summary section. (be sure include a final conclusion and feasibility of starting this business. Introduction- description of the business & reason for choosing it supported by any available facts or statistics. Organization structure- include legal framework & organization chart showing who will perform the various duties and responsibilities for operating the business. Marketing-detailed analysis of the research to support your idea. estimates of sales for at least first year. Accounting- include a detailed balance sheet and income statement. Finance- include the determination of the amount of money needed to start and operate the business based on previous marketing sales project. Operational- include other miscellaneous factors necessary in running business such as insurance, inventory control, credit policy, purchasing etc. Executive summary- include brief overview of the above part.''
