Business Report(Sneaker Company)

To run your sneaker company (shoes) for six years. Question Reflect on and discuss the process of running your business for the first six years. Critically evaluate the strategic decisions you made and the consequences of those decisions for the business. Include material from the lectures and relevant academic literature in your report to support your analysis. Wider reading tends to be associated with higher marks. The report should include the following: • The name of your business and details of the management team (i.e. your group, university IDs only please). • Include the yearly income statement (profit&loss, P&L), balance sheet, and the cash flow of your business for each year, in the report (appendix). Use screen shots to do this. • Consider including other screenshots in your report to help with analysis. • Submissions should be 6000 words +/- 10% (excluding references and appendices). • Report format • An electronic copy must be uploaded via Turnitin to LEARN where it will also be checked for plagiarism.
