Case Activity: There's No Time for Sleep in College

It's unsurprising that college students do not get enough sleep. Lack of sleep not only hinders academic performance but can cause many mental, emotional, and physical impairments. The National Sleep Foundation has been trying to advocate a number sleep tips for students to follow but have been unsuccessful. A new communication campaign is needed to convey the tips through multiple platforms and channels.
