Case analysis on dimensions of development

Reflect on your experiences as a student in your secondary school and engage in a review or analysis of the context, being guided by the following. 1) For each of the four dimensions of development (social, emotional, physical, and cognitive) describe one issue that you experienced as a student and/or observed from interaction with other students in the school context. [ Note that you should explain each dimension and identify four issues in total – one for each dimension] (8 marks) 2) Describe the implications that each of the issues identified in part (1) had for the classroom situation, that is, how did each issue impact on teaching and learning in the classroom? (4 marks) b) Bearing in mind principles of adolescent development, comment on the effectiveness of such strategies or the lack thereof.
