The case of your choice as discussed and agreed with the lecturer in-class must examine the impact of individual employee personality on team and company culture and how this can affect company performance from a cultural diversity perspective. You do not have to conduct the analysis using a specific company. Your responses can cover a range of companies (or one if that is your choice). You will need to use at least 10 references and cite them using the Harvard method of referencing. The work will require an analysis of the items below and must lead to conclusions.
