  Mrs Dani Foster has been admitted to hospital with a three-week history of epigastric pain. An ECG, full blood count and urea and electrolytes have been performed. She responds to voice, respirations 13 bpm, saturation 94%, pulse 110 bpm, BP 90/60 mmHg, temperature 37°C. A nurse wants you to review this patient as she has National Early Warning Score of 8.
