--here are the things my professor will be looking for:
- Do you make a strong case that you listened carefully to the presentations and captured the essence of what was communicated?
- How insightful are your reflections and analysis of each site visit? Do you make a strong case that you did not simply describe what was told to you but that you gained personal insights and greater knowledge based on what you learned from our visits?
- As indicated on the assignment write-up I am looking for your insights on the organization’s strategies for success. How does the way they are organized, manage projects, set priorities, use technology, etc. fit into their overall strategies for success? How does the country and culture where they operate affect their approaches and the way they operate?
Additionally, while I am sure you will all have incredible insights, you need to back these insights up with evidence. Your evidence should come not just from what you learned from our visits but also outside readings. - And finally, I will be looking for well-written “stories” that make a strong overall case for your information gathering and analytical skills. Ultimately your grade depends on my subjective judgment and the case you make to me that your analysis and insights are well-above average.
