  Mondelez is an international company that has subsidiary around the world. With the demands for more nutritional foods. Mondelez is long time Biotech Company that is working to develop engineered food crops that offer enhanced nutrition along with easier production for farmers.  Joan Hart and Nasibah Al Yousef established Mondelez as a research organization through national grant funding 6 years ago.  Mondelez is one of the few companies focused on enhancing nutrition in food crops.  The company has an edge over the competitors as its research has led to some scientific discoveries. As an experienced HR Director Maram believes that her recruiting strategies will be able to identify strong candidates for the positions that she has available currently.
