The profitability of a small business depends a lot on cash generation. This week's assignment is to build an excel template to estimate flow of cash for the next 12 months. The attached spreadsheet has details of business transactions. You are expected to use the transaction data to build a cash flow statement in Excel. Include a narrative in Word document that explains how a statement of cash flows is a necessity for your business. What would happen if you didn't have a cash flows statement?
